6. Cancer Research and Charitable Giving

Supporting cancer research is a core part of the mission of BeyondCure.

BeyondCure commits to donating 10% of every qualifying purchase to cancer research.

For purposes of this commitment, the donation is calculated as 10% of the merchandise purchase amount actually paid by the customer after applicable discounts or promotional reductions.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the calculation does not include:

• Sales tax collected on an order

• Separately charged shipping or delivery fees

• Amounts that are canceled or refunded

• Chargebacks or other amounts that BeyondCure does not ultimately retain from the transaction

For example, if a customer purchases $50 of merchandise after discounts, BeyondCure will allocate $5 toward cancer research.

The donation is based on the customer's qualifying purchase amount and is not dependent on whether BeyondCure earns a profit from that order. Production costs, advertising costs, payment-processing fees, operating expenses, and other ordinary business expenses do not reduce the stated 10% commitment.

Organizations, programs, or initiatives receiving contributions may vary over time. BeyondCure intends for these contributions to support legitimate organizations or initiatives involved in cancer research.

When BeyondCure identifies a specific recipient organization, donation, partnership, campaign, or contribution, additional information may be provided through the BeyondCure website, social-media channels, or other official BeyondCure communications.

Unless BeyondCure expressly states otherwise:

• No particular cancer research organization should be assumed to sponsor, endorse, or be formally affiliated with BeyondCure.

• Mentioning an organization does not automatically mean BeyondCure has a formal partnership with that organization.

• A purchase from BeyondCure is a purchase of merchandise and is not a charitable donation made directly by the customer to a charitable organization.

• BeyondCure does not represent that any portion of a customer's purchase is tax-deductible by the customer.
