Welcome to BeyondCure. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BeyondCure website and your purchase of products from BeyondCure.

Throughout these Terms, “BeyondCure,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BeyondCure. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or person using our website.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from BeyondCure, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase products from us.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into the transaction or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or customer information

2. Products and Made-to-Order Production

BeyondCure primarily sells made-to-order apparel.

This means that products are generally produced after an order is placed rather than being taken from pre-manufactured inventory.

Because of this production model:

  • Production time is required before shipment

  • Order changes or cancellations may not be possible after production begins

  • Standard returns and exchanges may not be available for customer-preference reasons

  • Minor variations may occur between individual garments

Please carefully review all product information, sizing information, colors, quantities, and shipping information before placing an order.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display our products and their descriptions as accurately as possible.

However, the appearance of colors, textures, washes, graphics, and other product characteristics may vary depending on:

  • Your screen or device

  • Lighting

  • Photography

  • The garment manufacturing process

  • The washing or finishing process

  • Minor production variations

Certain washed, distressed, or similarly treated garments may naturally have slight variations between individual pieces. These variations may be part of the intended appearance of the product and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Product measurements may also vary slightly due to normal manufacturing tolerances.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions or other website information.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the BeyondCure website are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and accepted, except where necessary to correct an obvious pricing or technical error.

Applicable sales tax may be calculated and added during checkout.

Any discounts, promotions, or promotional codes are subject to their stated terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes:

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases

  • May have expiration dates or eligibility requirements

  • May not be combined with other offers

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order will be accepted or fulfilled.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Product or fulfillment availability

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment issues

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Technical errors

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

  • Orders that violate these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and you are entitled to a refund, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

You are responsible for reviewing your order before completing checkout.

This includes verifying your:

  • Product

  • Size

  • Color

  • Quantity

  • Shipping address

  • Contact information

Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

6. Payment

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Payments may be processed through Shopify or other third-party payment providers made available at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will always remain available.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or identified as potentially fraudulent, fulfillment of the order may be delayed or canceled.

7. Shipping and Delivery

BeyondCure currently sells and ships products within the United States only.

Production, shipping, tracking, delays, incorrect addresses, lost packages, and other delivery-related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates shown on our website or provided during checkout are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We rely on third-party fulfillment providers and shipping carriers. While we make reasonable efforts to have orders produced and shipped within the stated timeframe, circumstances outside of our reasonable control may occasionally cause delays.

If we become unable to ship an order within an applicable promised timeframe, we will handle the delay and any applicable cancellation or refund rights in accordance with applicable law.

8. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

All returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and order cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Because BeyondCure products are made to order, we generally do not offer returns, refunds, or traditional exchanges solely because of:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal fit preference

  • Incorrect color selection by the customer

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Other customer-preference reasons

This does not affect remedies that may be available for qualifying damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or improperly fulfilled products or any rights provided by applicable law.

Customers should contact support@beyondcure.us before attempting to return any item.

Do not mail a product to BeyondCure or a fulfillment provider unless you have received return instructions.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the BeyondCure name, branding, logos, original graphics, artwork, product designs, written content, photographs, website content, slogans, and other original materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to BeyondCure and are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal shopping and other lawful purposes.

You may not, without permission:

  • Copy or reproduce our original artwork or designs

  • Manufacture or sell products using our designs

  • Reproduce our website content for commercial purposes

  • Misrepresent yourself as BeyondCure

  • Use our branding in a way that falsely suggests affiliation or endorsement

  • Remove copyright or other proprietary notices from our materials

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of BeyondCure intellectual property.

10. Ownership of Purchased Products and Designs

When you purchase a physical BeyondCure product, you own that physical item.

However, purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any underlying BeyondCure artwork, graphics, logos, branding, designs, photographs, or other intellectual property incorporated into or associated with the product.

You may lawfully use, wear, gift, or resell a physical product you purchased.

You may not, without authorization:

  • Reproduce BeyondCure artwork or designs

  • Manufacture new products using BeyondCure designs

  • Distribute copies of BeyondCure artwork for commercial purposes

  • Use BeyondCure intellectual property to create or sell unauthorized merchandise

11. Website Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current.

However, the website may occasionally contain:

  • Typographical errors

  • Pricing errors

  • Product-description errors

  • Availability errors

  • Technical errors

  • Other inaccuracies or omissions

We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and update the website when necessary.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in this section eliminates your rights regarding products that are damaged, defective, incorrectly fulfilled, not delivered as legally required, or otherwise subject to mandatory consumer protections.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses or claims reasonably resulting from:

  • Your unlawful misuse of the BeyondCure website

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your infringement of another person's rights

Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify BeyondCure where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or separated from these Terms where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

20. No Waiver

If BeyondCure does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we permanently waive our right to enforce that provision later.

These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, constitute the agreement governing your use of the BeyondCure online store and purchases made through it.

The policies incorporated into these Terms include our:

If a specific policy contains more detailed terms regarding a particular subject, that policy controls with respect to that subject.
